These terms and conditions apply to every use of slim-wonen.com and to every agreement we conclude with consumers. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms. We recommend you read them carefully and save them for future reference.
1. Identity of the trader

2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer made by Slim-Wonen and to every distance contract concluded between Slim-Wonen and a consumer. The text of these terms is made available before the contract is concluded. Deviations are valid only if agreed in writing.
3. The offer
If an offer is valid for a limited time or subject to conditions, this is stated explicitly. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products. Images are a truthful representation; obvious mistakes or errors do not bind Slim-Wonen.
4. Formation of the contract
The contract is formed at the moment you accept the offer and meet the corresponding conditions. We confirm receipt of your order by email. Until receipt of acceptance has been confirmed by us, you may rescind the contract. Within legal limits we may verify whether you can meet your payment obligations and refuse an order on reasonable grounds.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros, including 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Prices may change, but the price shown in the cart at the moment of ordering is binding. Payment is possible via iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Klarna (pay later) and bank transfer. Klarna's own terms apply to Klarna transactions.
6. Delivery and performance
The place of delivery is the address you provide with the order. We strive to deliver within 30 days, in practice within 1–7 business days — see our Shipping & Delivery page. The risk of damage and/or loss of products remains with Slim-Wonen until the moment of delivery to you or a pre-designated representative.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The full conditions, the model withdrawal form and the exceptions are described on our Refund and Returns page.
8. Warranty and conformity
We guarantee that the products comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, reasonable requirements of soundness and usability, and the statutory provisions in force at the time the contract is concluded. Any warranty granted by Slim-Wonen, manufacturer or importer does not affect the statutory rights you may invoke against Slim-Wonen on the basis of the contract.
9. Complaints procedure
Complaints about the performance of the contract must be submitted to Slim-Wonen in a complete and clear manner within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defects, via info@huistechnica.com. We answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If this is not feasible, you will receive an indication of the time within which you may expect a more detailed answer.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to direct damage and capped at the invoice amount of the relevant order, except in the case of intent or wilful recklessness on the part of Slim-Wonen or its directors. We are not liable for indirect damage, including consequential loss, loss of profit or missed savings.
11. Intellectual property
All intellectual-property rights in this website — texts, images, logos, videos and software — belong to Uniserv B.V. or its licensors. Without prior written permission these materials may not be reproduced or made public other than for personal, non-commercial use.
12. Use of the website
You declare that you will use the website only for lawful purposes. Automated access (scraping, bots), misuse, bypassing security or interfering with the operation of the website is prohibited.
13. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Disputes and applicable law
Agreements between Slim-Wonen and a consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if you reside abroad. The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply. Disputes may be submitted to the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or to the competent court in the Amsterdam district.
15. Changes
Slim-Wonen reserves the right to amend these terms. The terms applicable to an existing order remain those in force at the time of ordering.
